A delicious authentic pasta made in Italy from organic durum wholewheat semolina.

The whole durum wheat semolina pasta, like the whole grain spaghetti, is produced with a mixture of grains carefully chosen at each new crop to ensure a highly nutritious product with an optimal cooking resistance.

The durum wheat used to produce whole grain spaghetti, is planted directly in the fields of the IRIS supply chain that consists of italian farmers and peasants and also of the IRIS coop farm in Calvatone.

 The semolina pasta integral high in protein and high in fiber.
 All the work responds fully to the traditional methodology, dough with cold and bronze drawing, in order to obtain a pleasantly more rough and porous dough, ideal for absorbing and enhancing sauces.

The drying is carried out with low temperatures and long times, without thereby damaging the precious contents of whole grain spaghetti Lasagne.
