Frequently ask questions

1. How do I make an order?

You can place your order using the following two methods:

  • Online order: Surf our e-shop, select the products you desire to order and follow the easy, step-by-step process.
  • Telephone order: Call us at 7000 71 21 and place your order via telephone. Please have your product code ready. This option is only available for orders in Cyprus.
  •        
    Monday to Friday: 08:30 
     16:30 (Except Wednesday) 
  • Wednesday: 08:30  15:00

2. When will I receive my order?

Generally orders will be received within 2-3 working days, the latest.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the next day and will be received withing 2-3 working days from purchase date.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM Monday to Friday, are dispatched the following working day and shall be received within 2-3 working days from purchase date.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM (noontime), Saturday or Sunday, are dispatched Monday morning and shall be received within 2-3 working days.

     Orders to remote areas of Cyprus (villages) might delay more.

If you are ordering from any other European country, orders will be received in 4-6 working days.

3. What are the delivery methods?

We offer the following two Delivery Methods:

  • Door to Point Delivery: To your preferred or your closest Courier Station.(Cyprus only)
  • Door to Door Delivery: To the address you provide.

Delivery with any of the above two methods is FREE for orders €40 and above. For orders less than €40 there is a delivery charge of €2.50


4. Where do you deliver? Do you offer International delivery?

We deliver everywhere in Cyprus and to 30 countries all over Europe. For more information on our shipping methods please visit our Delivery Information section

5. Refund/Exchange policy: Can I get a refund for a returned product(s)?

Yes, of course you can.

Refunds are issued depending on the payment method used for the purchase (Courier charges are non-refundable):

  • In case of Credit/Debit card Payment:
    Refund is made directly to your Credit/Debit card.
  • In case of Paypal Payment:
  • Refund is made directly to your Paypal Account.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery:
  • Please call our Customer Service department 7000 71 21 or email us at info@diaperways.com.

Exchange:

A voucher is issued to match the cost of product(s) (except the cost of delivery) to be used on our e-shop.


6. Can I cancel my order?

If you have not finalised your order on our e-shop:

Go back to your basket and cancel the order or delete any product(s) you do not want.

If you completed the online order:

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and paid for, it immediately goes to our warehouse for processing, therefore, cannot be cancelled.


7. What Payment methods for you offer?

We offer multiple payment methods. Simply choose the one that is mostsuitable for you.

  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Electron, MasterCard, American Express):
  • To ensure the security of the payment, we use the system JCC Gateway provided by JCC. This payment option is FREE.


  • Cash On Delivery: 
  • We offer Cash on Delivery. When selecting this method, the customer is reliable to pay the appropriate amount to the courier upon the delivery of the products. This payment option has a payment fee of 0.50

8. Can I place an order now and have it held to be shipped at a later date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders. Once the order is placed and approved by our accounting department it will be sent to the warehouse for processing


9. Availability of our products

Most of the products shown on our e-shop are available for immediate purchase with the exception of the products marked as ‘sold out’ and/or ‘available only via order’.

Products marked as ‘sold out’, will be back in stock ASAP.


10. Delayed orders. Why is my order delayed?

Orders might be delayed due to:

  • Lack of contact between the customer and the courier (No reply to courier call, wrong customer telephone number provided by customer).

  • Extreme weather conditions, public strikes or bank holidays.
